The select — the smiling portrait in the fur hood, the one frame still lit when the edit is done

01 / 05 — The pitch

Judged in under a minute. An editor opens a dozen frames and keeps almost none. The site is edited for that minute — five tight projects, not twelve scattered ones.

The Rafa & Nicky collage — a strip of overlapping editorial photographs on the paper ground

02 / 05 — The collage

One continuous collage. Scroll, and the wall glides sideways — one looping strip of work, no pages, no grid.

The Rafa & Nicky signature on the paper ground — the blend prints it near-black. The same signature over a photograph — the blend flips it light. Paper Photograph

A mark that moves. One white mark, one blend rule — near-black on paper, flipping light the moment a photograph slides beneath it.

03 / 05 — The signature

A terminal running Claude Code in the rafa-nicky folder: asked to add a new shoot, it creates the project page from the template, places the photographs, and reports done

04 / 05 — The handoff

Theirs to run. New work drops into a folder; Claude Code and the documented templates do the rest — no framework, no build step.

05 / 05

Launching soon.

The site goes live in August 2026 — until then, the working prototype is open. Scroll the collage, hover the work, watch the signature find its corner.
