Chunks of the Lower Don Trail get fenced off during construction, and the fences don’t tell you much — the only way to know is to be there. Every access point has a QR code posted at it: standing in front of a barrier, report what you see, and the next person can check before they commit to the walk down. Nothing here is official or verified — use your own judgement out there.
